These Terms and Conditions establish the conditions for the sale made between any individual wishing to make a purchase Products from Miraverde Kft, a company registered in Hungary, whose registered address is Budapest, 1590, Pf.89 ("Miraverde Kft", "we" or "us" as the context may require).
About These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy referred to in Section 11 below) only apply to purchases made in the Online Store. We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will state the effective date above. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will apply to orders placed on or after the effective date.
BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCT(S) YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Placing an Order
Please note that orders can only be placed by the individuals or private entrepreneurs. Therefore, we will not accept orders placed by companies, associations, or any other kind of legal entity.
To be able to buy Product(s) you have to:
provide your name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information;
be at least 18 years of age;
In case you created an account with a personal user identification and password, keep your password protected at all times and do not disclose it to anyone else as you are personally responsible for each purchase made using your user identification and password.
Order Processing and Contract conclusion
You agree that your order is an offer to buy the Product(s) listed in your order under these Terms and Conditions. All orders must then be accepted by us. We may choose not to accept orders in our sole discretion and notably abnormal orders, orders which we suspect are not placed in good faith or orders which have not been placed by individuals.
We are not required to provide a reason for declining to accept any order, though may do so in our sole discretion.
Conclusion of the contract will take place the moment you receive the order confirmation email. The order confirmation email is your proof of purchase, please store it as we will not archive your contract.
Shipping and Delivery
Normally, we deliver Product(s) worldwide subject to the following restrictions:

Dispatch. Most items listed on the website are in stock. When items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 1-10 working days. In case we need to contact you or obtain further information from you to verify an order, we will notify you within 1 working day after you have placed the order. Under unforeseen circumstances that items are not in stock, your order will not be able to dispatch in 1-10 working days, please allow us 2 to 4 working days extra for re-stocking the items of your order. If your order cannot be dispatched within 1-10 working days, we will inform you by email with an explanation as well as an estimated dispatch date.
Shipping Cost & Delivery Time. We offer free local shipping (Free Economy Express Shipping) within EEA countries for your orders. With our Free Economy Express Shipping service, orders are normally delivered within 6 to 8 working days. We offer 50.00 EUR flat rate for worldwide shipping orders.
As an added value to our shipping services, we also provide three different local premium services for your selection during the checkout process. Additional shipping cost for the below three value shipping services will be added to your total order amount.
Please note that the above delivery times are just estimated quotes by the courier companies, hence we cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally as there are many uncontrollable factors in the process of shipment. Rest assured that Skylab will do our utmost to limit any difficulties that may arise.
Delivery time frames are approximate only. In any event of unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances such as weather, strikes and lockouts, transportation and custom check may cause a delay in delivery time and Skylab shall not be liable for such delay in delivery or any losses.
Shipping Location
We currently offer a free shipping service within EEA countries for your orders.
For the rest of the World Skylab offer 50.00 EUR flat rate for worldwide shipping orders.
Subscriptions. If you are purchasing NetCloud system environment subscription, it will be delivered for free and activated instantly within your NetCloud system personal Cabinet.
Liability of Courier. For orders shipped with the free basic shipping service (Free Economy Express Shipping), courier companies only cover physical loss or damage of goods during transit subject to the maximum liability specified in the terms and conditions of their service. Such liability will cease once the goods are delivered to the designated destination. Skylab is not responsible for the aforementioned liability or any dispute arisen with regards to the delivery of goods. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to assist you in any event that you need to contact the courier to resolve a matter.
If you are in receipt of a damaged or tampered parcel, you have to notify us within 48 hours of receipt. After this time, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.
Insurance
For orders shipped with Insured Economy Shipping or Insured Priority Shipping, Skylab will cover in full, any physical loss or damage of the goods during transit up to the product value. You may opt for another shipment of the same goods as a replacement or a refund of product value.
Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement if you suspect your parcel(s) is/are lost:
You open the claim with us (reported by email or ticket system) within 10 calendar days* after the tracking is sent to you
Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from courier or any other related parties
Cases reported to us after 10 calendar days of the tracking provided, we cannot 100% guarantee that courier could open investigation for your parcels’ status.
Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement for damaged good(s):
You open the claim with us (reported by email or ticket system) within 48 hours of receipt, plus providing all photos of the package, including inner and outer box, courier bag, wrapped bubbles and the product photo
Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from courier or any other related parties
After 48 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof. Insurance bought on order only covers the first shipment process. In the case of reshipment, the insurance cannot be applied to the reship order.
Product(s) Availability
We do not guarantee the availability of any Product(s) in the Online Store.
Unless we accepted your order, we reserve the right, without liability or earlier notice, to change, discontinue or to stop making available any Product(s).
Compatibility, Product Information
Please take care when placing your order to ensure that the Product(s) you purchase are compatible for the intended use. Please use the Online Store as your final point of reference when checking compatibility. In the event of a difference between the Online Store content and any other website (or any other source of information) the compatibility of Product(s) as shown on the Online Store at the time of purchase will be seen as taking precedence.
Payment
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Bank Transfer.
Please note that all orders are required to pay in full in advance as instant payment online including pre-order items. Payment will be charged in EURO. However, please note that if you are using a foreign credit/ debit card to make a purchase in Euro from our site, your bank may charge you some extra fees which you are responsible for as we will only receive the original amount of the order from you regardless. All payments will be settled in the EUROS. We reserve the right to cancel in the case of payment not fully received.
For customers who choose to pay by credit card or debit card, please make sure correct CVC/CCV is provided during checkout. For new customers who wish to have their orders shipped to an unconfirmed address, we might require to ask for proof of address/identity before we can process your order.
If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, additional verification may be required by our Customer Protection department. Please note that Skylab reserves the right to deny the request to ship to an address other than the billing address.
Subject to the payment method, delivery details and other factors, we may ask for proof of payment/address/identify of customer before we continue processing the order. Further identification documents may also be requested for new buyers with a high amount of purchase to avoid fraud issues. Should you have any questions, please contact us.
Cancelation, Return and refund
Cancellation. You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. Only cancellation requests made by the means of submitting a ticket by email will be acknowledged. We do not acknowledge any cancellation requests by other means , i.e. through call.
In any event that the goods are packed or dispatched, you may still cancel the order due to change of mind; Upon receiving the goods, you may still cancel the order in accordance with our 30 day return policy.
Duplicated order. In any event that you find yourself having placed duplicated orders by mistake or due to system/network malfunction, please inform us before the order(s) is/are dispatched and we would cancel the duplicated order for you as per your request.
Fraudulent Order. We have procedures in place to detect any sign of testing or fraudulent orders. All alleged fraudulent orders will be subject to immediate cancellation whereas the respective user/visitor will be banned from our website unconditionally.
Security Check. As part of our effort to protect the interests of both buyer and seller, we may require you to provide further information or documentation to confirm the genuinity of your order. In any event that the aforementioned procedure is not completed within 5 working days after you placed the order, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Return Policy
15 Days Return Policy. You can exercise the right to return an order and opt for refund within 15 after day of receipt of the goods provided that such request is submitted to us by ticket within the aforementioned period. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the goods of returning the goods to us. Your order(s) is/are eligible to a refund subject to below conditions:

Goods must be returned to our specified address within 14 days after we acknowledge your request.
After we acknowledge and confirm your return request, you are able to arrange courier to pick up the goods from the address of your order (unless otherwise specified) and have them returned to us.
Return of Faulty Item
You may return the goods to us if you find it faulty due to manufacturer fault, provided that the request is made within 15 days upon receiving the goods. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the goods to us. You may opt for a full refund or replacement subject to below condition(s):

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the goods to us. You may opt for a full refund or replacement subject to below condition(s):
Goods are not working straight out of the box. (DOA)
Goods are not what you have ordered. (Wrong goods)
For wrong goods received, the goods must be returned to us in unopened and unused condition with full and complete packaging including accessories and other material(s).
For DOA goods, the goods must be returned to us in original and undamaged condition with full and complete packaging including accessories and other material(s).
Goods must be returned to our specified address within 14 days after we acknowledge your request.
Goods returned are confirmed to be wrong or DOA after our inspection.
No restocking fee will be applied to return which meets the above stated conditions. However, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (shown below) from your refund if the return does not meet the condition(s) specified, in particular, F stated above.

Further Notes
You must take all reasonable care of the goods and return them in its original and undamaged condition.
Unless specified in the above Terms and Conditions, you agree to bear the cost(s) of returning the goods to our specified address. If you choose to have your order refunded we will refund you the total amount paid less postage, within 72 hours. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are not responsible for any physical loss or damage of the goods during return transit.
Activated and used subscriptions are not eligible for return.
Due to the complexity of liquid crystal displays on handheld devices, dead or bright pixels may sometimes occur. If the following occurs within DOA period (15 days), then you can ask to replace the LCD - 5 or more dead/bright pixels anywhere on the liquid crystal display.
We reserve the right not to accept a return if they do not satisfy the conditions stated in the return policy.
Any issues caused by the firmware or software, modification to operating system, will not be covered by Skylab Faulty or DOA Return Policy.
No restocking fee will be applied to return which meets the conditions stated above in the policy.
Any free gifts must also be returned. We reserve the right to deduct the amount of any missing free gifts or a restock fee up to 50EUR from your refund.
Refund Policy. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect the goods. Once approved and the good passes the inspection phase, then your refund according to our cancellation or return policies, will be processed. A credit will be applied to your Credit Card or your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, based on the payment method selected. When we process the refund, a refund email will be sent your order’s email.
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as there may be some delays by the bank. Then contact your payment card company or the respective payment channel. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all the actions above and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Warranties
Any Product(s) that we supply to you will be of satisfactory quality. If we deliver a Product to you that is not of satisfactory quality, you can contact us for a repair or replacement or, where this is not possible, for a refund.
If you believe that you are entitled to warranty services, please contact our Customer service.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described.
Further, we are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with this contract.
Personal Data
The Privacy policy available on our website and additional provisions in these Terms and Conditions govern the use of your personal data and our use of cookies. Purchasing of Product(s) in the Online Store requires that you accept the privacy policy and the processing of personal data as described in said Privacy policy.
We will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but (in the absence of material negligence on our part) we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Our Liability
We shall perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions with reasonable care and skill.
There are certain liabilities that we cannot exclude under applicable law. In particular, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or our liability for fraud. As stated above in section 10, you have certain rights as a consumer, including legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed Product(s). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights.
We are responsible only for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms and Conditions. We shall not be liable if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations by anything that you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events that are beyond our reasonable control.
You should take all reasonable steps and precautions to ensure that the Product(s) you order are suitable for your purposes. You must follow any advice that we give you in relation to Product(s)(including instructions, user guides and/or manuals provided with Product(s)). We do not accept liability for damage to Product(s) that we have supplied where caused by your failure to follow our advice.
We shall not be liable for any losses related to any business of yours such as lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
We shall use our reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of information that is used on the Online Store but, subject to applicable law, cannot guarantee that all information will always be accurate and complete. It is possible, for example, that Product images and packaging may not always match Products supplied. If you have any questions or concerns in this regard, please contact us before ordering any Product(s). Also, pricing mistakes may occur from time to time, in which case we may cancel any orders being processed or accepted by us. We will correct errors on our Online Store as soon as possible after becoming aware of them.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT (AND SHOULD NOT BE READ TO AFFECT) YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS WHICH CANNOT BE WAIVED OR LIMITED BY CONTRACT.

The Online Store may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Online Store and any transactions conducted on or through the Online Store.
We make no warranty that the Online Store will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and/or reliability of the Online Store. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Online Store.
If any provision or provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
